A) 欢迎订购现货或预订您所喜爱的物件。B&R Craft Street里的作品大多数只有单数现货供参考，如果您错过了购买限量版的现货，您可以在B&R的blog、面子书、或通过邮件等等留言，再附上您的一些资料（如下）。

B) 当我收到您的订单后，会尽快回复您的邮件，并确认售价或者其他的跟进，收到您的付款后我就马上动工哦！
i) 您能通过Maybank2u付款，我的户口号码会在您的订单确认之后让你知道。
ii) 当您付款后，请把参考号码(reference number) 发给我供参考。
iii) 由于我是兼职手作玩家，所以可能需要3-4个星期来完成您要的作品，但是视作品的复杂性而定，详细的时间我会通过邮件让你知道。
iv) 作品的价格不包括邮费，买家须自负邮费。
C) 邮寄方式
i) 所定购的现货将在2个工作日之内寄出。
ii) 面交视时间和地点安排所定，八打灵市一带比较方便。
iii) 邮寄方式:Pos Laju, e-parcel,挂号信视顾客的要求而定。
iv) 货物出门决不退还/退款。
v) 将不会对邮寄期间发生的任何损坏做出赔偿，但是会尽量的把货物包得扎实，免得受损。

B) After your order recieved, I will reply to u with your item's quotation or product status or will start to proceed your custome made products after your payment received.
i) Payment could be made via Maybank2u transfer. The account number will disclose to you after your order confirmed.
ii) Once your bank in the payment, kindly inform me the transcation slip number.
iii) Since I'm a part-time crafter, please allow around 3-4 weeks time for me to complete your custom made order, however, time consuming will depend on the item's complexity.
iv) Postage is not included in the price stated.
C) Shipping Method
i) Item delivery will be done within 2 working days after payment comfirmed.
ii) COD can be arranged depends on the conditions. Preferably, PJ Area.
iii) Shipping method: by Poslaju, e-parcel or registered mail, based on customer's requirement.
iv) All goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
v) I am not responsible for the lost and damaged of item during delivery.
vi) I will do my best to make sure all goods sent are in good condition.
